Don't get me wrong, I like what I see.... Butt why do so many girls booty workouts... 1900 nobody cares... Now 2000's most girls just want a big booty... I never tried to workout before and I have no physical strength whatsoever. I really want to increase my stamina and body shape in general. I’m not trying to get ripped or anything, I just want to get rid of excess fat on my body and get to the point where doing one push up doesn’t take me out. I’ll try to log my progress but please be mindful that I said I never worked out before I land this may take me some time but I plan to do this for the next few months. My plan is to do this video Monday, Wensday and Friday and also work on my arms/upper body on Tuesday and legs/lower body on Thursday. My body March 1 2021: Weight: 170lbs Stomach: 31 1/2 inches Butt: 43inches Thigh: 26inches Upper Arm: 12inches Day1;Monday I started with doing the video first thing when I woke and like I guessed I was out of breath and couldn’t finish the video. The “walk down to plank” was challenging for me. I got through the first set but the second set my arms were shaking like crazy and it was to difficult to hold up my body wait. I had to stop doing the video 😔 tomorrow I will try to go further. 화이팅 👊🏽

Oh God 🙈🤯 It's a no break harsh workout......My legs are shivering and paining like anything ........😨😨 I recommend that you should give atleast a 10 seconds rest after every exercise Everyone has different sort of strength and stamina........ You should give rest of 10 seconds

Hey Pamela!! My father reaallly put on weight these days and he is struggling with other abs or hiit cardios but this workout is so fun, the moves are not hard but it makes you sweat!! Me, my father and my brother are doing this video almost for 1 week and now we decided to do your happy sweat workout. The thing i am trying to say is thank you so much for these fun sweaty exercises :)))) PLEASE DO ANOTHER VERSION OF IT!!!!

Hi, guys. I will be putting up my daily progress here, hoping for some change in my body. Hopefully, I'll do this workout daily for next two weeks. Started on 28/02/2021 Day 1: Done. Faltered in the last set and skipped the half burpees. Day 2: Done. I followed the regime for 14 minutes only, skipped mountain climbers once. I also did 1 set of Strength training workout that included some more lunges, wide and narrow pushups and stuff (7 minutes)
